Directions
1. Step
In a bowl, whisk together 2 eggs, 50 g sugar, orange peel, and a pinch of salt. Add 60 ml vegetable oil, 125 g curd, and mix well. Gradually add 450 g flour and 1 tbsp baking powder. Knead the mixture until it forms a smooth dough.

In a separate bowl, combine 250 g ricotta, chocolate chips, and 1 tbsp icing sugar. Mix well to form the stuffing.

Roll out the dough and cut it into circles using a round cutter. Place a small amount of the stuffing in the center of each circle, then fold and seal the edges tightly.

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the stuffed dough on both sides until golden brown. Once done, remove from the oil and sprinkle both sides generously with sugar.
