Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine 1 cup (100 g) oatmeal with 1 cup (240 ml) milk of your choice. Set aside to soak.

  2. Cut the banana into pieces and add to a blender. Add 1 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder, a pinch of salt, 1 teaspoon baking powder, and 1/4 cup (60 ml) of additional milk. Blend until smooth.

  3. Add the soaked oatmeal to the blended mixture and mix well. Crack in the egg and stir until fully combined.

  4. Divide the mixture evenly among three teacups or small ramekins. Sprinkle ground walnuts on top.

  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
