Directions

1. Step

In a bowl, combine 1 egg, 25g of sugar, 145g of milk, and 3g of yeast. Mix well using a spatula. Add 300g of wheat flour and 3g of salt. Mix until a dough starts to form. Knead the dough thoroughly, incorporating 20g of unsalted butter during the process, until it becomes smooth and elastic. Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Roll out the dough into a rectangular shape using a rolling pin. In a separate bowl, mix 15g of unsalted butter, 50g of cream cheese, and 12g of sugar until smooth. Spread the filling evenly over the dough using a butter brush.
