Directions

1. Step

In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter (115 grams), sugar (120 grams), vanilla sugar (1 teaspoon), and a pinch of salt until smooth and well combined.

In a separate bowl, whisk the egg (1) with sour cream (150 grams). Gradually incorporate the flour (420 grams) and baking powder (15 grams) into the mixture. Stir until a uniform dough forms.
