Directions

1. Step

In a bowl, crack 1 egg and whisk lightly. Add 80 grams of milk and mix well. Then, add 10 grams of melted unsalted butter and stir until fully combined.

Cut 1 slice of bread in half to make two pieces. Spread a spoonful of strawberry jam on one piece, then place the other piece of bread on top to create a sandwich.

Take the second slice of bread, cut it in half, and spread two slices of cheddar cheese on one of the pieces. Place the other piece of bread on top to create another sandwich.
