Directions

1. Step

Crack 2 eggs into a bowl, add 1 tablespoon milk, and 1 teaspoon mirim. Mix well.

2. Step

Cut the Spam into 8 pieces. Rinse the Spam with hot water. Separate the tuna from the liquid and place the tuna in a bowl. Add 1/2 tablespoon mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon Cheongyang pepper, and lightly season with salt. Mix well.

3. Step

Heat a small amount of cooking oil in a pan, then wipe off the excess oil with a tissue. Pour in the egg mixture on low heat and cook until fully set, frying in 3 batches. Then, fry the 4 pieces of Spam until crisp. Once everything is cooked, carefully divide the fried eggs into thirds and cut them.

4. Step

Cut the egg into 3 pieces. Cut the Spam into 4 pieces, placing them in a polythene bag and breaking them into pieces. In a bowl, combine 400 grams of cooked rice and mix well with the broken egg pieces.

5. Step

On one egg piece, place a fried piece of Spam, two slices of cheddar cheese, three pieces of kimchi, and a piece of fried egg. Roll it up tightly.

6. Step

Place 1 tablespoon of the mixed tuna on a perilla leaf and roll it up. Place it on a plate, topping with 2 slices of cheddar cheese, 3 pieces of kimchi, and 1 slice of fried egg. Roll it up tightly again.

7. Step

Lay a polythene sheet over a small bowl and spread the rice mixture evenly inside. Roll it up tightly, pressing the edges of the polythene sheet to secure the rice mixture.
