In a large bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, salt, orange juice (if using), orange zest, egg white, yeast, melted butter, and flour. Mix well by hand until a soft dough forms. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rest for 1 hour until the dough rises.
