Directions
1. Step
Peel the potatoes (280 grams) and cut the cauliflower (100 grams) into small pieces. Microwave the vegetables for 7 minutes or boil until soft. Mash the cooked potatoes and cauliflower thoroughly.

Finely chop the green onions (20 grams) and mix them into the mashed vegetables.

Add the following seasonings to the mixture: Black pepper: 1/6 teaspoon, Salt: 1/4 teaspoonm, Chili powder: 1/4 teaspoon. Add 1 egg and 5 tablespoons of cornstarch. Mix until well combined.

Add 50 grams of mozzarella cheese to the mixture. Mix thoroughly to form a dough.
5. Step
Take small portions of the dough and shape them into round, flat cakes.
6. Step
Heat cooking oil to 180°C (356°F). Fry the cakes for 10–12 minutes or until golden and crispy.
