Directions

1. Step

Peel the sweet potato and cut it into round slices. Place the slices in a bowl, add a little water, and microwave for 3 minutes. Mash the cooked sweet potato with a slotted spoon. Add a splash of milk and a drizzle of honey. Mix until smooth.
