Directions
1. Step
Cut the cabbage into square pieces suitable for rolling. Remove the leaves one by one, rinse thoroughly with water, and set aside.
2. Step
Microwave the cabbage leaves for 3 minutes. Once done, let them cool to achieve a crispy texture.
3. Step
Microwave 300 grams of tofu for 3 minutes. Drain the water, then cut the tofu into 6 pieces. Be cautious as the tofu will be hot.
4. Step
Cut each crab stick in half. Similarly, slice the pickled radish into halves. Set these aside in a bowl.
5. Step
Place a cloth over a bowl to catch excess water. Microwave the tofu again for 3 minutes on top of the cloth. Drain the water, then transfer the tofu to a bowl. Add 1/3 teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, sesame seeds, and a sprinkle of corn pepper. Mix thoroughly.
6. Step
Take a cabbage leaf and spread the tofu mixture onto it. Layer it with half a crab stick, radish sprouts, pickled radish, and two drops of wasabi. Roll the leaf tightly. Repeat the process for the remaining ingredients.
