Directions

1. Step

Grate the peeled potatoes (600 grams). Add 1/3 teaspoon of salt and let them sit for a while.

After resting, rinse the potatoes thoroughly with water. Squeeze out the excess moisture with your hands.

In a bowl, combine the drained potatoes with: 1/6 teaspoon of black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 60 grams of oatmeal, 2 eggs, 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder. Mix everything thoroughly to form a dough.

Spread the dough evenly in a thick layer on a baking pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 25 minutes. Remove from the oven and cut the baked dough into bar shapes.

Turn the bars over on the pan. Sprinkle 120 grams of mozzarella cheese on top and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden.
