Directions
1. Step
In a large bowl, combine 400 ml warm milk, 15 grams of sugar, 10 grams of dry yeast, and 480 grams of flour. Mix well with a spoon, then add 20 ml of vegetable oil and mix again. Cover the bowl with cling film and let the dough rest for 20 minutes.
2. Step
Peel and core the apples, then cut them into pieces. Also, core and cut the pear into pieces. Place the apple and pear pieces in a pan, adding 30 grams of sugar, 30 grams of raisins, and a pinch of cinnamon. Stir the mixture over heat until it softens slightly, then set aside and keep it warm.
3. Step
After the dough has rested, cover your hands with a little vegetable oil to prevent sticking. Divide the dough into four parts. Take one part, flatten it slightly, and add a quarter of the apple mixture on top. Fold and knead the dough, pressing it into a round or oval bread shape. Repeat with the remaining three portions of dough.
4. Step
Line a baking tray with baking paper and place the dough portions on it. In a small bowl, beat the egg yolk and brush it over each dough portion. Sprinkle brown sugar on top of each. Bake at 180°C (355°F) for 35 minutes, or until golden.
