Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine: 120 g butter, 80 ml vegetable oil, 100 g powdered sugar, A pinch of vanilla, A pinch of salt Mix thoroughly. Once combined, add 1 egg and mix again until smooth. Then add 1 tsp baking powder and 320 g flour. Mix well, adding more flour as needed to form a soft dough.

  2. Divide the dough into two equal parts: To one part, add 1 tbsp cocoa powder and knead until fully incorporated. To the other part, add 1 tbsp flour and knead.

  3. Roll out each dough portion separately between plastic sheets. For the vanilla dough: Roll it out evenly. Use a fork to create a pattern. Cut shapes using a cookie cutter. Repeat the process with the chocolate dough. Place the cut shapes carefully onto a baking sheet.

  4. Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10 minutes. Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Spread chocolate paste on the cookies as desired and serve.
