Directions

1. Step

Peel and cut 500 g of potatoes into chunks. Boil them for 12 minutes or until tender. Mash the boiled potatoes thoroughly.

Finely chop 100 g of broccoli florets (only the green parts).

4. Step

Transfer the dough to a piping bag fitted with a small round nozzle. Pipe out long strips of dough, then cut them into 2–3 cm pieces. Deep fry the pieces in hot oil for approximately 9 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
