Directions

  1. Lay a tortilla or wrap flat (30 cm recommended). Spread a generous layer of garlic and herb-flavored cheese. Add layers of smoked turkey, smoked salmon, lettuce leaves, tomato slices, and a sprinkle of fried onions if desired.

  2. Sprinkle grated cheese (such as mimolette or cheddar) over the filled wrap. Drizzle a small amount of oil and add a pinch of salt. For extra flavor, mix grated surimi and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and add it to the wrap (optional).

  3. Mash hard-boiled eggs with a bit of grated surimi and fried onions (if using). Spread this mixture inside the wrap along with lettuce leaves for added texture.

  4. Roll the wraps tightly and secure them in plastic wrap (poly) to hold their shape. Slice the rolls evenly into bite-sized pieces. Arrange the slices on a platter or a piece of bread. Garnish with extra lettuce if desired and serve.
