Directions
1. Step
In a large mixing bowl, combine the egg, Greek yogurt, sugar, and yeast using a spatula. Add the bread flour (or wheat flour) and salt, and mix until it forms a dough. Spread the melted unsalted butter over the dough, cover the bowl with plastic wrap, and let it rest for 1 hour.

Drain the soaked raisins and wrap 50 grams of them into the center of the dough. Divide the dough into 6 equal parts. Shape each part into a round ball and place them in a 12×12 cm cake pan. Cover the pan with plastic wrap or polythene and let the dough rise for another 40 minutes.

Brush the top of the dough balls with an egg wash for a golden finish. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (340°F) for 22 minutes. Once baked, remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, and serve warm.
