Directions

  1. Soak the dried cranberries in boiling water for 5–10 minutes. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a blender, combine the oatmeal, salt, and baking powder. Blend until the mixture becomes a fine powder. Transfer to a mixing bowl.

  3. Add the sesame seeds, chopped walnuts, and soaked cranberries to the bowl. Mix well.

  4. In the same blender, blend the banana, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add this mixture to the dry ingredients in the bowl and mix until a dough forms.

  5. Shape the dough into small, round balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown. Allow to cool before serving.
