Directions
1. Step
In a bowl, mix together 0.4 cup of milk, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of yeast powder, 1 tablespoon of melted butter, and 50 grams of beaten egg until smooth. Gradually add 1.6 cups of flour and ½ teaspoon of salt. Mix thoroughly until a dough forms. Cover the bowl with a lid and let the dough rise for 1 hour.
2. Step
Chop 200 grams of potatoes into small pieces. Add them to a bowl with 2 tablespoons of milk, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for 4 minutes, or until the potatoes are soft.
3. Step
Mash the cooked potatoes with a spoon. Add a pinch of ground pepper, ⅓ teaspoon of salt, parsley, 1 tablespoon of melted butter, and banana cheese. Mix well, cover, and let it rest for 1 hour.
4. Step
Lightly flour a flat surface. Flatten the dough with your hands into a rectangle. Use a rolling pin to smooth it out.
5. Step
Place small amounts of the potato mixture in the center of the dough. Roll the dough around the mixture, shaping it into balls. Apply light pressure with your hands and smooth them with the rolling pin.
6. Step
Cover the dough balls with plastic wrap and let them rest for 40 minutes. Afterward, remove the wrap, brush the dough with beaten egg, and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
7. Step
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Bake the rolls for 20 minutes, or until golden brown. Once baked, let cool slightly. Decorate and serve as desired.
