Directions

  1. Place the cookies in a plastic bag and crush them using a rolling pin. In a bowl, combine the crushed cookies with coconut flakes, finely chopped zest of one lemon, and white chocolate. Melt the butter and mix it into the cookie mixture. Press half of the mixture into a cake mold, smooth it out, and refrigerate to set.

  2. Peel and slice the bananas, then cook them in a pan with the juice of one lemon. Mash the mixture with an electric mixer until smooth. Add vanilla sugar, egg yolks, corn starch mixed with water, and cook until thickened. Transfer to a bowl, cover with cling film, and let it cool.

  3. In a mixing bowl, combine condensed milk, cream cheese, and cream. Add the cooled banana mixture and blend well with an electric mixer.

  4. Pour part of the banana mixture into a triangle-shaped mold, followed by a layer of the remaining cookie mixture. Repeat the layering process, finishing with the banana mixture. Smooth the top, sprinkle with cocoa powder, and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
