Directions
1. Step
Peel the 15 shrimps, leaving the tails intact, and place them in a bowl. Add 2g (3 pinches) of salt, a pinch of black pepper, 0.5g (0.3 tsp) of ginger powder (or garlic powder), 8g (1 tbsp) cooking wine, and minced garlic. Mix the ingredients thoroughly and marinate the shrimps in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
2. Step
Meanwhile, cut the 315g potato into cubes and place them in a bowl with a bit of water. Microwave for 7 minutes (based on 700W), then mash the potatoes while they’re still hot. In a separate bowl, combine the mashed potatoes with 60g of chopped onions, 40g of chopped carrots, 2g (3 pinches) of salt, a pinch of black pepper, and a little milk. Mix until well combined.
3. Step
After 30 minutes, remove the marinated shrimp from the refrigerator. Gently mix the shrimp into the potato mixture, spreading them out evenly. Coat each shrimp in wheat flour, dip it in beaten egg, and then coat with bread crumbs. Heat oil in a pan over high heat and fry the shrimp mixture for 3 to 4 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve and enjoy!
