Directions

1. Step

Combine cookies, 80 ml cream (20% fat), 55 g melted butter, and 1 tbsp cocoa powder in a bowl. Mix thoroughly until the mixture is uniform. Line a square pan with baking paper, pour the mixture into the pan, and level it with a spoon. Refrigerate until firm.

2. Step

In a bowl, mix 225 g cream cheese, 1/2 tsp vanilla sugar, 65 g powdered sugar, 55 g unsalted butter, and 20 g cocoa powder. Beat until smooth and creamy. Line a rectangular container with baking paper, pour the mixture into it, and smooth the surface with a spoon. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

3. Step

Melt 190 g dark chocolate and combine it with 90 ml warm cream (33% fat). Mix until smooth. Pour the chocolate mixture into the same rectangular container (on top of the cream layer) and smooth the surface with a spoon. Refrigerate for 2–3 hours until fully set.

4. Step

Once set, remove from the container and cut into small pieces. Enjoy your delicious dessert!
