Directions
-
Break the cookies into small pieces. Toast the walnuts in a frying pan over medium heat for 2–3 minutes, then chop them and mix with the cookies. Soak the dried apricots and cherries in separate bowls of water. Once softened, pat them dry with tissue paper, chop them into pieces, and combine with the cookie mixture.
-
In a frying pan, combine sugar, cocoa powder, and milk. Heat on medium while stirring continuously until the mixture thickens.
Add butter and 100 g of dark chocolate (broken into pieces) to the pan. Stir until melted and smooth. Pour this chocolate mixture over the cookie mixture and mix thoroughly. Divide the mixture into five portions, shape them into rolls, and wrap them in baking paper. Refrigerate for 2–3 hours. -
Finely chop 200 g of dark chocolate and place it in a bowl. Pour the hot cream over it and mix until smooth. Dissolve the gelatin in 50 ml water and add it to the chocolate mixture. Coat the chilled rolls with the chocolate mixture and return them to the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
