Directions
1. Infuse milk with lemon zest
Heat milk in a pan, add lemon zest after 2–3 minutes, simmer for a while, then remove the zest.
2. Prepare the base mixture
Add sugar, milk powder, and corn starch to the milk. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thick.
3. Add coconut
Mix in the coconut flakes and stir well until fully combined.
4. Set the mixture
Pour into a 16x16 cm square tray and level it. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
5. Melt the chocolate
Chop the milk and dark chocolate, melt in a pan, then mix in cocoa butter or oil.
6. Dip and arrange
Cut the coconut mixture into small pieces. Dip each piece in melted chocolate and place them on a tray.
7. Final chill
Refrigerate again until set. Sprinkle chopped peanuts over the dark chocolate and serve chilled.
