Directions
1. Step
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, and flour until well combined. In a separate bowl, mix the hot water, instant coffee, and vegetable oil until dissolved. Combine both mixtures and stir well. Pour the batter into a 15cm cake pan and bake at 170°C (340°F) for 25-30 minutes. Once baked, let the cake cool and divide it into three equal layers.

In a bowl, mix the hot water, sugar, and instant coffee until fully dissolved. Set aside.

In a separate bowl, mix the sweet chocolate, heavy cream, sugar, and cocoa powder to create the chocolate cream. Place the first cake layer on a plate and brush it with coffee syrup. Spread a generous amount of chocolate cream on top. Add the second cake layer, brush with coffee syrup, and spread another layer of chocolate cream. Repeat with the final cake layer, then cover the entire cake with the remaining chocolate cream.

Heat 80ml of heavy cream and mix in the sweet chocolate until smooth. Pour the mixture over the cake as a topping. Refrigerate for a while before serving.
