Directions
1. Step
Preheat the oven to 180°C (355°F). Separate the egg yolks from the whites. In a bowl, whisk together the egg yolks, 30 grams of sugar, and 40 ml of milk. Add the flour and baking powder, mixing until smooth. Line the bottom of a baking dish with aluminum foil, pour in the mixture, and bake for 25 minutes. Set aside to cool.

In a saucepan, combine 300 grams of sugar, 150 ml of water, and agar-agar. Heat over medium, stirring constantly until the mixture boils. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until they form stiff peaks. Gradually pour in the hot sugar mixture, beating continuously until well combined and fluffy. In another bowl, beat together the softened butter and condensed milk until smooth.
3. Step
Fold the butter mixture into the whipped egg whites until thoroughly combined. Pour this mixture over the cooled base in the baking dish. Chill in the refrigerator until set. Melt the milk chocolate in the microwave or over a double boiler, then stir in the vegetable oil until smooth. Pour the chocolate mixture over the chilled dessert and spread evenly. Return to the fridge to set before serving.
