Directions
1. Prepare the Dough
In a large bowl, mix together water, yeast, flour, and salt. Knead well to form a smooth dough. Cover and let it rest for 10 minutes.
2. Make the Filling
In another bowl, mix ground meat with salt, soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper, and oil. Add chopped green onions if desired.
3. Assemble the Rolls
Roll out the dough into a rectangle. Spread the meat filling evenly on top. Sprinkle some green onions over it. Roll the dough into a log and cut it into equal pieces. Cover the pieces with cling film and rest for 30 minutes.
4. Pan-Frying
Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the rolls until golden brown on both sides. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top if you like and serve hot.
