Directions

1. Step

In a bowl, combine 400 grams of chicken, 150 grams of chopped onion, 1/2 tablespoon of cooking wine, 1/2 tablespoon of soy sauce, a pinch of pepper, 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 teaspoon cornstarch, and 1 egg. Mix thoroughly. Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon chili powder, then stir again until well combined.

2. Step

In a separate bowl, mix together 2 cups of flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1.5 tablespoons oil, and 1 egg. Gradually add 1/2 cup of lukewarm water while stirring. Once combined, knead the mixture by hand to form a dough.

3. Step

Cover the dough and let it rest for 20 minutes. After resting, knead the dough again and roll it out into long strips. Lightly dust the dough with flour as needed.

4. Step

Divide the dough into 12 equal portions. Roll each portion into a thin layer. Place a small amount of the prepared chicken filling in the center of each dough sheet, spreading it evenly.

5. Step

Fold the dough over the filling to form small bundles. Place the bundles on a tray. Brush them with beaten egg and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.

6. Step

Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F). Bake the bundles for 20 minutes until golden brown. Serve hot and enjoy
