Directions
1. Step
Finely chop the cabbage and place it in a bowl. Soak it in green tea water for a few minutes to help clean it. Rinse thoroughly and drain.
2. Step
Cut the sausage into 16 small pieces, shaping some like octopus tentacles for decoration if desired. Bring a pot of water to a boil, add the sausage pieces, and cook for a few minutes. Drain and set aside.
3. Step
In a mixing bowl, combine the drained cabbage with brown rice powder and salt. Mix well. Heat a pan over low heat and add a little cooking oil. Add the cabbage mixture to the pan and spread it out evenly. Crack an egg on top, mix gently, and press lightly with a spoon to flatten the mixture. Cook until the cabbage is thin and crisp, then flip to cook the other side. Place cheddar cheese slices on top, followed by the boiled sausage pieces. Continue to cook, flipping occasionally, until golden brown and well-cooked.
