Directions
1. Step
Preheat the oven to 170°C (340°F). In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, 60g sugar, cake flour, and milk until smooth. Pour the batter into a 15cm cake pan and bake for 25 minutes. Let the cake cool completely, then slice it into three even layers.

In a pan, combine the blueberries, 30g sugar, and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens slightly. Transfer to a bowl and let it cool.

Place the first cake layer on a serving plate and spread a portion of the blueberry mixture over it. Add the second cake layer on top and repeat with more blueberry mixture. Place the final cake layer on top.
