Directions

1. Step

In a bowl, mix 2 cups (200 g) oatmeal and 1 1/3 cups (320 ml) hot water.

2. Step

In a bowl, crack 2 eggs and add 5.3 oz (150 g) Greek yogurt. 1/3 cup (80 ml) butter, melted. Vanilla. Mix with a hand mixer. 2 tablespoons of stevia or any other sweetener and 1 tablespoon of baking powder. Mix together.

3. Step

Pour the soaked oatmeal into the eggs and mix with a spoon or something. Cut 1 apple into small pieces. Mix with the oatmeal. Pour into a square bowl. Sprinkle with blackberries and put the bowl in the preheated oven. Bake at 360F/180C for about 45/50 minutes.
