Directions
1. Prepare the Base
Crush the cookies and mix well with butter. Press the mixture firmly into a cake pan to form an even base.
2. Make the Cheesecake Mixture
In another bowl, beat together 350g cream cheese, 90g brown sugar, 2 eggs, 200ml heavy cream, and 2 tsp vanilla extract until smooth.
