Directions
1. Prepare the apples
Peel and finely chop the apples.
2. Make the filling
In a pan, add apples, sugar, lemon juice, peach jam, butter, cinnamon, and chopped walnuts. Cook on low heat until the mixture becomes soft and well-blended.
3. Assemble the base
Place one round puff pastry on a flat surface and spread the filling evenly on it.
4. Cover with second pastry
Place the second puff pastry over the filling.
5. Make slits and brush
