Directions
1. Step
In a mixing bowl, combine: 1 egg, 2 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp vanilla extract 125 g creamy plain yogurt Mix well, then add: 60 ml vegetable oil, 50 ml milk, 250 g all-purpose flour, 6 g baking powder. Stir until the ingredients are fully incorporated into a smooth dough.

Dice 1 apple into small pieces. Sprinkle the apple pieces with 1 tbsp sugar and a dash of cinnamon. Toss gently to coat evenly.

Heat a non-stick pan and lightly grease it with 1 tsp cooking oil. Roll out the dough and place it in the pan. Arrange the prepared apple pieces on top of the dough. Cook on medium heat until the bottom is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side until done.
