In a bowl, mix: 1 egg, 2 tbsp sugar, 1 packet vanilla sugar, 5 tbsp yogurt, Stir until well combined. Add: 50 g oil, 100 ml milk. Mix again. Then gradually incorporate: 250 g 00 flour, 2 tsp baking powder. Stir the mixture until smooth.

Peel and dice 1 apple. Sprinkle the apple pieces with 1 tbsp sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon. In a pan, heat 1 tbsp oil over medium heat. Add the batter in portions and top each portion with the prepared apple pieces.
