Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix: 1 egg, 2 tbsp sugar, 1 packet vanilla sugar, 5 tbsp yogurt, Stir until well combined. Add: 50 g oil, 100 ml milk. Mix again. Then gradually incorporate: 250 g 00 flour, 2 tsp baking powder. Stir the mixture until smooth.

  2. Peel and dice 1 apple. Sprinkle the apple pieces with 1 tbsp sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon. In a pan, heat 1 tbsp oil over medium heat. Add the batter in portions and top each portion with the prepared apple pieces.

  3. Cook until golden on one side, then flip and cook the other side. Once done, sprinkle with icing sugar and a touch of cinnamon for garnish before serving.
