Directions

1. Step

In a bowl, mix 120 ml milk, 80 g sugar, and 5 g dry yeast. Once combined, add 2 eggs, 60 g melted butter, vanilla, and a pinch of salt. Gradually add 400-450 g flour and mix until the dough comes together. Knead by hand until smooth, then form the dough into a ball.

2. Step

Coat the dough with 1 tbsp vegetable oil and place it in a greased bowl. Cover and let it rise in a warm place for 50-60 minutes. After the first rise, press the dough gently to release air, then cover and let it rise again for another 60 minutes.

3. Step

Peel and chop 5 apples into small pieces. In a pan, melt 1 tbsp butter, add the apples, 2-3 tbsp sugar, and cinnamon. Cook the mixture until the apples are soft. Set aside to cool.

4. Step

Divide the risen dough into 3 equal parts. Shape each part into a ball, cover, and let rest for 10-15 minutes.

5. Step

Roll out one part of the dough and divide it into 8 equal portions. Place a spoonful of the apple filling in the center of each portion, then wrap and seal the dough to form buns. Place the buns on a baking sheet, cover, and let them rise for 20-30 minutes.

6. Step

Beat 1 egg and brush it over the buns. Sprinkle with sugar.

7. Step

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
