Directions

Chop the red, yellow, and green bell peppers, and the carrot. Heat cooking oil in a pan, add the tofu pieces, and fry over medium heat until golden brown. Remove and let cool.

In a bowl, combine peanut butter, soy sauce, lemon juice, water, and honey. Mix well until smooth. If too thick, add a bit more water or lemon juice to adjust consistency.
