Directions
1. Cook the Bacon
Fry the bacon over medium heat until golden brown and crispy. Remove the bacon from the pan and set aside.
2. Sauté the Mushrooms
In the same pan, melt the butter. Add the mushrooms and cook for about 5 minutes until they are lightly browned.
3. Deglaze the Pan
Pour in the dry white wine (or stock) and cook for 2 minutes to let the alcohol evaporate.
4. Add Garlic and Seasoning
Add the minced garlic and stir for one minute. Season with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
5. Add Cream and Bacon
Return the cooked bacon to the pan and pour in the cream. Lower the heat and gently simmer for 2–3 minutes to slightly thicken the sauce.
6. Add the Cheeses
Sprinkle the mozzarella and parmesan cheese over the mushrooms.
7. Melt the Cheese
Cook for another 2–4 minutes, until the cheese melts completely.
8. Garnish and Serve
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
