Directions
1. Step
In a bowl, mix the beef with the egg, cornstarch, soy sauce (5 tbsp), and oil (4 tbsp). Let it marinate for 15 minutes.

Heat 2 cups of oil in a pan. Fry the marinated beef for 10 minutes until golden brown. Remove and set aside. In the same pan, fry the chopped bell peppers and carrot for 2 minutes. Remove and set aside.

In a clean pan, heat a little oil and stir-fry the onion, ginger, garlic, and chili pepper for 2 minutes. Add the tomato paste and cook for another 2 minutes, stirring well.
