In a bowl, combine 100 g raisins with 1 tablespoon of flour. Mix well, then strain through a sieve to remove excess flour.

In a separate bowl, whisk together 2 eggs, 120 g sugar, a pinch of vanilla, and a pinch of salt until well combined. Add 80 g of melted butter and mix thoroughly. Next, incorporate 100 g of cottage cheese and 50 g of sour cream (or yogurt). Mix well. Add 10 g of baking powder and 150 g of flour, and mix until the batter is smooth. If necessary, add a little more flour to form a soft dough.

Fold the prepared raisins into the dough, ensuring even distribution. Grease a 24 x 11 cm baking pan and spoon the dough into it evenly.
