Directions
1. Step
In a bowl, combine 200 ml milk, 3 grams yeast, and 12 grams sugar. Stir until the yeast dissolves. Add 300 grams of bread or wheat flour and 3 grams of salt. Mix until a smooth dough forms.
2. Step
Divide the dough into 6 equal portions. Shape each portion into a ball. Cover the dough balls with plastic wrap or a clean towel and let them rest for 15 minutes.
3. Step
Use a mold or cutter to shape the dough balls into your desired design (refer to video instructions if available). Arrange the shaped dough on a baking tray. Cover with plastic wrap and allow them to proof for 40 minutes.
4. Step
Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F). Bake the shaped dough for 8 minutes. Remove them from the oven and let them cool briefly. Store in a plastic bag and refrigerate if not using immediately.
5. Step
Remove the pre-baked dough bases from the fridge and place them on a tray.
6. Step
Bake the assembled mini pizzas in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
