Directions

1. Step

In a saucepan, combine the milk and 60 g of sugar. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar dissolves and the mixture becomes slightly thickened. Remove from heat and stir in the full cream, vanilla sugar (or scraped vanilla pod), and the pre-soaked gelatin sheet. Mix well until the gelatin fully dissolves. Pour the mixture into a round mold or serving glasses and refrigerate until set, about 4 hours or overnight.

2. Step

In a pan over medium heat, add the raspberries and a few drops of lemon juice. Stir well. Add 45 g of sugar and continue stirring until the raspberries break down and the mixture thickens slightly. Remove from heat and let it cool.

3. Step

Once the panna cotta is fully set, pour the cooled raspberry compote over the top. Serve chilled and enjoy!
