Directions

1. Make the White Chocolate Mixture

In a bowl, mix white chocolate, matcha green tea, milk, fresh cream, and condensed milk until smooth. Set aside.

2. Prepare the Jelly Base

Heat milk and brown sugar in a pan. Add gelatin sheets and stir until dissolved. In a separate bowl, mix matcha, millet sugar, and cream, then combine with the gelatin mixture.

3. Set the Jelly

Pour 30g of the matcha mixture into small serving cups and let them set.

4. Make Shiratama Balls

Mix shiratama flour, brown sugar, and water to form a dough. Make small balls and stuff each with a little anko.

5. Cook Shiratama Balls

Boil the balls in hot water until they float. Remove and let cool.

6. Assemble and Serve

Place shiratama balls on top of the set matcha jelly. Pour the white chocolate mixture over the top. Chill and serve.
