Directions

1. Step

In a bowl, mix together the egg, sugar, milk, and yeast. Gradually add the flour and salt, stirring until a dough forms. Cover the bowl and let the dough rest for 20 minutes.

Add the unsalted butter to the dough and knead thoroughly until smooth. Cover with plastic wrap and let it rise for 1 hour.
