In a blender, grind 1 cup (100 g) oatmeal into a fine powder. Chop the 3 apples and blend them until smooth. Combine the blended apples with the ground oatmeal in a bowl.

Soak 1/2 cup (70 g) raisins and 1/4 cup (30 g) dried cranberries in hot water for a few minutes, then drain. Mash the 2 ripe bananas and add them to the oatmeal mixture. Stir in the soaked raisins and cranberries, 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, and 1/3 teaspoon ground ginger. Mix everything until well combined.
