Directions
1. Step
In a hot pan with a little cooking oil, stir-fry the kimchi. Add kimchi liquid (if using), water, sugar, and perilla oil. Simmer over medium heat until the water evaporates and the kimchi becomes soft. Stir in sesame oil and sesame seeds, then turn off the heat.

Slice the Spam into 10 equal pieces. Fry in a hot pan until golden brown on both sides. Set aside.

Lay a sheet of seaweed flat and spread a thin layer of cooked rice over it. Arrange three strips of stir-fried kimchi and a piece of fried Spam on top. Fold the seaweed in half, press firmly, apply a little water to seal, then fold again. Cut the kimbap in half.
4. Step
Beat the eggs with salt. In a hot pan with oil, pour the egg mixture and spread it into a thin, long square shape. Place the kimbap on top and roll it up using the egg sheet. Ensure the egg is fully cooked, then slice into pieces and serve.
