Directions
1. Cook the Garlic
In a small saucepan over low heat, add the olive oil, whole garlic cloves, and sesame seeds. Stir occasionally and cook until the garlic becomes soft and lightly golden. Be careful not to burn the garlic.
2. Cool and Set Aside
Remove the pan from heat and let the mixture cool slightly. Reserve 1–2 teaspoons of the oil mixture for garnishing.
3. Mash the Garlic
