Directions
1. Step
In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, sugar, vanilla sugar, desiccated coconut, and egg yolk. Form into small balls and set aside.

In another bowl, beat butter, eggs, egg white, sugar, yogurt, flour, baking powder, and salt to make a smooth batter. Divide the batter into two parts.

Pour the first half of the batter into a 23x23 cm baking tray and spread evenly. Mix cocoa powder and milk into the second half to create chocolate batter and pour it on top.

Arrange the coconut balls over the batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 35–40 minutes.

In a saucepan, mix egg, egg yolk, sugar, vanilla sugar, cornstarch, and milk. Cook on low heat while stirring constantly until thickened.

Remove the cake from the oven and pour the hot cream over it. Optionally, sprinkle a little cocoa powder and serve.
