Directions
1. Make the mixture
In a large bowl, mix butter, vanillin, condensed milk, and soft cream cheese well. Add 250g grated coconut and mix until smooth. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
2. Roast the nuts
Lightly roast the mixed nuts and hazelnuts in a dry pan until fragrant.
3. Form the balls
Take the mixture out of the fridge and shape into small balls. Place a roasted nut in the center of each ball. Roll the balls in the extra 50g of grated coconut. Refrigerate again for at least 1 hour to set.
4. Make the chocolate milk
In a saucepan, heat milk, sugar, cinnamon, and dark chocolate over medium heat until the chocolate melts and the drink thickens slightly.
