Directions
1. Make the Cake Batter
In a bowl, mix the egg, sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt well. Then add oil and milk, and mix again.
2. Combine Dry Ingredients
In another bowl, mix flour, unsweetened cocoa, and baking powder. Add this to the first mixture and stir to make a smooth batter.
3. Bake the Cake
Grease a rectangular cake mold and pour the batter in. Bake at 180°C for 20–25 minutes.
4. Soak the Cake
Once the cake cools, mix 100ml milk and 1 tbsp sweetened cocoa and pour evenly over the cake.
5. Make the Cream Layer
Whip the whipping cream, mascarpone, and condensed milk together. Spread evenly on the cake and refrigerate.
6. Prepare the Crunchy Topping
Heat milk and melt the dark chocolate in it. Then add cocoa rice flakes, extra chocolate, and unsweetened cocoa.
7. Final Layer & Serve
Spread this mixture on top of the cream layer. Sprinkle more cocoa rice flakes on top and serve chilled.
