Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine 2 eggs, 160 g sugar, a pinch of vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix well. Gradually add 120 ml milk and mix again until smooth. Add 140 ml vegetable oil, mixing thoroughly. Stir in 1 tsp baking powder and 350–400 g flour. Mix until a soft dough forms. If needed, add a bit more flour to achieve a soft, pliable consistency.

  2. Divide the dough into two equal parts. Add 1 tbsp cocoa powder to one half and mix by hand until evenly combined.

  3. To the second half, add 1 tbsp flour and mix by hand.

  4. Divide the dough into small portions and roll each piece into small balls or logs. Place them evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  5. Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F). Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven. Spread 100 g jam over the baked pieces and sprinkle 100 g coconut flakes on top. Cut the pieces into smaller portions and serve.
